Baker Hughes Plant
We were chosen by Baker Hughes Corporation as General Contractor to lead a Design Build Team for updates to their Nevada Barite Processing and Packaging facility.
We were engaged to design and build a 50’ x 175’ Fabrication Shop equipped with a 10 Ton Bridge Crane in 150’ of the building with a fire wall and two level office, shower and engineering finished area.
Humboldt County embarked upon system wide upgrades to their telecommunications system to include new Sites; Site Upgrades; Towers and Radio Shelters throughout the County to support and improve public safety communications.
The Carry On Trailer manufacturing plant, the largest building in Humboldt County at 167,000 sqft, was contracted under a Fast/Track Design/Build mode of delivery.
The shortage of commercial lease space in the vibrant mining community of Elko Nevada was the opportunity for the owners of this property to develop a first-rate multi-building project.
